Our Services

Book Visibility Pro provides professional Amazon Book Listing Optimization services designed to improve the clarity, positioning, readability, and discoverability of a book's Amazon listing.

• 1 revision round
• 5–7 business day delivery

Services and deliverables may be updated from time to time. The specific deliverables applicable to your purchase will be those presented at the time of purchase.

Orders & Payment

The current price of the Amazon Book Listing Optimization service is a one-time payment of $169 unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Payment must be successfully completed before work on your order begins.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe or PayPal. Additional terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider may also apply.

Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting an order.

This may include your name, email address, Amazon book link, book title, genre, ASIN or ISBN, information about your book, target readers, and other relevant instructions.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and sufficient for us to perform the service.

We do not require your Amazon or KDP login credentials.

Delivery

The standard delivery timeframe for the Amazon Book Listing Optimization service is 5–7 business days.

The delivery period begins after successful payment and receipt of the information reasonably required to complete your order.

Delivery times may be affected by incomplete information, clarification requests, technical issues, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Revisions

Your service includes one revision round.

A revision allows you to request reasonable adjustments to the delivered optimization based on the original project requirements.

Requests that substantially change the original scope of work, require new research, or involve additional services may be treated as a new project and may require an additional fee.

No Performance Guarantees

Book Visibility Pro improves listing content and positioning based on the information available to us, but we cannot guarantee specific results.

We do not guarantee:

• Amazon search rankings
• Book sales
• Book downloads
• Increased traffic
• Increased visibility
• Reviews or ratings
• Specific revenue or income
• Placement in any particular Amazon search result

Amazon's search systems, algorithms, categories, customer behavior, competition, pricing, reviews, advertising, and other factors can affect book performance independently of our service.

Amazon & KDP

Book Visibility Pro is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon or Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP).

Amazon and Kindle Direct Publishing are trademarks of their respective owners.

Our recommendations are intended to help improve the presentation and positioning of your book listing. Amazon may change its policies, algorithms, categories, search systems, or metadata requirements at any time.

You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any changes before applying them to your Amazon or KDP account.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original book content, manuscript, artwork, trademarks, and other materials that you provide to us.

After payment, you may use the service deliverables prepared specifically for your book for your own book marketing and publishing purposes.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to the materials and information you provide to us.

Book Visibility Pro retains ownership of its website, processes, templates, systems, methodologies, and pre-existing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your book
• Providing information necessary to complete the service
• Having the legal right to use all materials you provide
• Reviewing the final deliverables before publishing or implementing them
• Ensuring that your Amazon listing complies with Amazon's current policies
• Maintaining access to and control of your Amazon/KDP account

Refunds & Cancellations

Because our service involves custom work prepared specifically for your book, refund eligibility may depend on whether work has already begun and the circumstances of the request.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@bookvisibilitypro.online.

Once substantial work has begun or the completed deliverables have been provided, a refund may not be available except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.

We do not provide services intended to create fake reviews, manipulate customer ratings, impersonate readers, or engage in deceptive practices.
